'Coordinated with developers and monitored progress' sounds like project support to US recruiters. PMs own outcomes: 'Owned the mobile checkout roadmap; shipped a redesign that lifted conversion 14%.' Lead every bullet with the decision you made and the metric it moved.
Missing the US PM vocabulary the ATS looks for
US postings key on 'product roadmap,' 'user stories,' 'A/B testing,' 'go-to-market,' 'OKRs,' 'backlog,' and 'stakeholder management.' A CV that says 'handled the project timeline' matches none of them. Name the frameworks and tools — Jira, product analytics — explicitly.
Photo, age, and a four-page format
US PM résumés are one to two pages, no photo, no birthdate or civil status. A long Philippine-style CV signals you'll bury the lede in the job too. Cut to your strongest three or four roles and lead with impact, not autobiography.
