These Terms govern your use of Resume Master, a service of Career Ease IT Solutions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Resume Master helps individuals and organizations build, tailor, audit, and manage résumés with AI assistance, and to track job applications. Features and plans may change over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Organization administrators are responsible for the accounts and candidate data they add. You must be authorized to submit any personal data you provide.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no submitting another person’s data without authorization, no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, and no automated abuse of the AI features beyond your plan’s fair-use limits.
Individual plans (Free, Pro, and Power) are offered as subscriptions billed monthly or quarterly through our payment processor, Stripe, in US dollars. We also offer one-time purchases — credit packs — and organization services (résumé bundles, builds, audits, modifications, LinkedIn optimisation, and Résumé Understanding Calls) billed at the prices shown at purchase. Fair-use AI limits apply per plan.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period so your service continues without interruption. We tell you this up front, and you can cancel in one click from your billing settings at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. One-time purchases (credits) do not renew. Prices may change on notice for future periods.
Billing should never be a trap. We commit that: renewals are disclosed in advance and never hidden; we bill on honest calendar periods, not shortened “4-week” cycles designed to squeeze in an extra charge; you can cancel in one click without a retention maze; and any discount we show is real, not a struck-through price that was never charged.
Because service is delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for periods already started, and cancellation simply stops future renewals. If you were charged in error or believe something went wrong, contact us at team@resumemaster.online and we will review it fairly and in good faith, alongside any rights you have under applicable law.
The service uses AI to help draft, tailor, and score résumés and related documents. Output is a suggestion, may contain errors, and must be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the final résumé. We provide the tools, not a guarantee of any interview, hiring, or other outcome.
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the résumés you produce. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. The Resume Master software, templates, and branding remain our property.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy and Data Processing policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Resume Master operates. We may update these Terms and will change the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be communicated where required.
