These Terms govern your use of Resume Master. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Organization administrators are responsible for the accounts and candidate data they add. You must be authorized to submit any personal data you provide.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no submitting another person’s data without authorization, no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, and no automated abuse of the AI features beyond your plan’s fair-use limits.
Individual subscriptions (Free, Pro, Teams) and organization services (résumé bundles, modifications, and Résumé Understanding Calls) are billed at the prices shown at purchase. Organization work is billed on a track-and-invoice basis; invoices are due within the stated term. Fair-use AI limits apply per plan. Prices may change on notice for future periods.
The service uses AI to help draft, tailor, and score résumés. Output is a suggestion, may contain errors, and must be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the final résumé. We provide the tools, not a guarantee of any hiring outcome.
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the résumés you produce. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. The Resume Master software, templates, and branding remain our property.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy and Data Processing policies.
