This Privacy Policy explains how Resume Master (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Account data: name, email, and role, created by you or by an organization administrator. Résumé content: the professional history, contact details, and other information you (or an organization on behalf of a candidate) provide to build a résumé — this may include personal data. Usage data: logs, device/browser information, and product interactions used to operate and secure the service.
To provide the résumé-building, scoring, and delivery features; to authenticate and secure accounts; to communicate about your requests; to bill for services; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We rely on vetted providers to run the service: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage hosting) and Anthropic (the AI that assists with résumé drafting, tailoring, and scoring). Résumé content you submit for AI assistance is sent to Anthropic to generate suggestions. We contract for enterprise data-handling terms with these providers; a current list of sub-processors is available on request at team@resumemaster.online.
We retain account and résumé data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within 30 days of account deletion unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider. Access is restricted by role and by tenant isolation (each customer’s data is separated at the database layer). Optional two-factor authentication is available for accounts. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact team@resumemaster.online. If you are in the EEA/UK, our lawful bases and your rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR are set out in a data-processing addendum available on request at team@resumemaster.online.
