Generic 'analysis' instead of named BA techniques
A UK ATS searches for methods: 'requirements gathering', 'gap analysis', 'process mapping (BPMN)', 'user stories', 'UAT'. Vague phrasing like 'analysed business processes' won't match roles that list those exact techniques.
BA tools not named the way the advert does
UK BA adverts name 'Jira', 'Confluence', 'Visio' and often 'SQL' for data work. If you've used them, list them literally; if the role asks for Agile delivery, 'Agile' and 'Scrum' need to appear on the page.
Bio-data header and printed referees
